Do not expect to receive a genuine stone. The description leads you to believe stones are real when in fact they are lab created and the only reason I found that out was because when we received the ring it looked like a London blue topaz so I emailed them to question it and was told when the sun hits it you'll see green. Nothing mentioned about purple. I then said I'd have my daughter in-law take it to a jeweler to see if the stone was real and it was then I was told it was a very high quality lab created ring and that I'd pay thousands for a real Alexandrite. That may be true, but I've bought real Alexandrites before of high quality and 14k gold and paid less than $500 each. Listed retail price was $540 and I paid around $108 on sale. Price was believable for sterling silver. I'm more mad at myself for allowing myself to be taken but wanted to post a review so no one else is. No offer for a refund even though I asked for one or 50% of my money back for the misleading ad.
